The Fund is managed by Headland Global Investment Management Pty Limited (AFSL 321548), a global investment specialist. Headland's investment management team has extensive experience in investment research, funds management, corporate governance and company operations.

Jerry Pressnell - Managing Director
Prior to forming Headland, Jerry was responsible for the research and development of quantitative investment strategies for Suncorp Investment Management’s (SIM) $300 million Global Macro Fund.
He joined SIM in 1997 as a Portfolio Manager for the $5billion Australian Fixed Income Fund. The Fund rated in Australia’s top three performing fixed income funds over the subsequent 5 years.
His prior experience was in derivative sales with JPMorgan and Barclays, and included periods working on the floor of the London and Sydney Futures Exchanges.
Jerry is responsible for Headland's investment strategy and execution.
Neil Detering - Director
Prior to forming Headland, Neil was a founder of IRESS Market Technology Limited, an ASX listed company with a market capitalisation in excess of $800 million.
He is an experienced Chief Operating Officer, familiar with all aspects of company operations, product development and corporate strategy.
Through his involvement in multiple IRESS projects, Neil has a strong understanding of financial market operations, including trading desk, settlement and back office functions.
Neil is responsible for Headland's operational and financial management.
Vince Parrott – Director
Vincent is head of Funds Management at Diversa Ltd, a listed financial services company and minority shareholder in Headland.
Prior roles include Senior Australian Equities Manager at AMP, Head of Australian Equities at Swiss Bank Corporation (Australia) Funds Management, Business Development Manager at BT Funds Management and Chief Investment Officer at EquitiLink and then Aberdeen Asset Management. Vincent set up Souls Funds Management in November 2001 and was Managing Director until August 2008.
His experience covers most aspects of the Funds Management industry including investment research, portfolio management, client service, marketing and general management.
Lisa Domagala - Risk and Compliance monitoring
Since 2007 Lisa has been responsible for the development and oversight of Headland's compliance and risk management process.
Prior to her involvement with Headland, Lisa was manager of investment dealing at Suncorp Investment Management (SIM), where she was responsible for the execution of investment strategy in both physical equities and derivatives.
In this role she oversaw the development of portfolio management and performance measurement systems.
She was also responsible for the management of SIM’s Long/Short equities strategy.
Currently Lisa is responsible for enviromental, social and governance issues for Brisbane based equities manager Solaris Investment Management.
Lisa is responsible for Headland’s risk and compliance monitoring.
